Zhe Fan Little serves as the Civil Affairs Officer for the 2nd Battalion, 1st Brigade, South Carolina State Guard, commissioned in March 2023. With over twenty years of experience at Michelin in project management, communication, and marketing, Zhe is dedicated to building meaningful relationships for effective emergency management and disaster relief. She holds an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership from City University of New York School of Professional Studies. Since moving to the Greenville-Greer area in 2018, Zhe is a proud citizen and has been active in veteran support and civic engagement. As the officer of recruitment for Friends of the Highlanders, she is committed to the foundation’s mission and the power of dedicated individuals.
